We offer guided meditation and classes on Stress and Perception, Breath Awareness, The Power of Presence, Awakening the Wisdom Within, Conscious Choice, Walking Meditation, Morning Meditation and more. Meditation on the mile-long Nature Path is a unique experience. The path loops around The Lodge, through the trees, like a simple labyrinth leading you back to your beginning.
