Bluestone mining quarries and logging camps once dotted this area throughout the 19th century. This 3 mile loop hike offers challenging uphill terrain and traverses rocky out-croppings to a vista overlooking the Upper Delaware River. The trails then gently meander through a diverse forest landscape. Bald Eagle sightings near the river are not uncommon year round. After an initial steep incline to the vista, most of the route follows a gradual descent back to the beginning.
