Alison Peck developed her passion for all things that grow into becoming a Master Gardener through a two year certification program from the Cornell Cooperative Extension in Broome County, New York. Invited to oversee the plantings here at The Lodge at Woodloch before its opening six years ago, her focuses on-site include the development native plantings, and the design and management of the chef’s garden, farm to table garden and all ornamental plantings. In her development of native plantings and design and management of gardens and ornamental plantings here at The Lodge, Alison utilizes Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and strictly organic cultural practices.
With a keen eye for combining unexpected colors and textures, Alison’s creative floral arrangements found throughout the property truly keep with The Lodge’s desire to bring nature in.
Alison is working and available in our Farm to Table Garden to field any of your questions surrounding seasonal garden productivity, seed saving, and preparing the garden for the upcoming growing season.
