Grace Young, Chef in Residence Series - March 25th

Grace Young has been called the "Stir-Fry Guru", "Wok Advisor", and "Stir-Fry Master" by The New York Times and the "Wok Queen" by The Washington Post.  Her cookbook “Stir-Frying to the Sky's Edge” won the James Beard Foundation's Best International Cookbook Award. Throughout her career healthy cooking has been a primary focus. Grace’s “Stir-Fry Guru” videos are featured on Cooking Light magazine named her cookbook, “The Breath of a Wok” as one of the "Top 100 cookbooks of the last twenty-five years." Grace currently writes the “Market Watch” column for Weight Watchers magazine. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Bon Appétit, Food and Wine, Gourmet, Eating Well, Fitness, Shape, Fine Cooking, and Saveur magazine where she is also a contributing editor. For seventeen years, Grace was the Test Kitchen Director and Director for Food Photography for over forty cookbooks published by Time-Life Books.
