Jill Slater, Featured Fitness Instructor - July 29th - 31st

Jill Slater teaches many different fitness, yoga, and therapeutic movement classes. Jill's philosophy is "fitness is fun". All of Jill's students know that sitting and furniture are the enemy, so move it or lose it! Jill is a PE teacher, coach, and a leader in the fitness industry. In addition to her many fitness certifications, Jill is a 500 hr. yoga certified teacher, and an advanced Melt Method instructor. She teaches Anatomy and Therapeutics to yoga teachers and students throughout northern NJ and the Hamptons. Jill has a BA in philosophy, a BS in exercise science, and an MA in adventure education.
