20 Minute Abs

Ballet Barre
Experience an invigorating workout while improving flexibility and developing a lean and supple physique. Exercises at the barre isolate work on feet, legs, hips, torso and arms that help tone and sculpt the whole body and strengthen posture.

An intro class to the learn bike set-up, proper body alignment and indoor cycling terminology. A perfect ride for someone just starting or for the person who needs a quick review.

Bollywood Belly Dancing
Combines the rich texture of India’s many classical and folk dances, fused with elements of Jazz, Hip - Hop, Arabic and Latin Forms.

Boot Camp
Boot camp training has swept the nation! In an action packed aerobic circuit, feel the burn using weights, body bars, and elastic bands. A quick paced, highly motivating workout that builds muscle and increases stamina.

BOSU
What is a BOSU?  Also known as The Balance Trainer, the BOSU is used in this class to help improve balance, kinesthetic awareness and joint stability.

Cardio X
This fit-astic class gives you everything your body needs to look and feel great all over. With a combination of yoga, kenpo and plyometrics you’ll accelerate your metabolism as you trim and tone your waistline.

Cones & Ladders
This exhilarating combination of footwork and agility drills will challenge everyone’s athletic side. Combines upper and lower body drills delivering an intense cardio work-out designed to increase strength and endurance.

Contemporary Dance
Explore your inner dancer through guided expressive movement while learning the basics of modern dance.

Drums Alive
It is unique and different from every other workout you’ve tried before. It captures the essence of movement and rhythm and combines it with fun. Drum your way to real fitness results! Drum sticks provided.

Greet the day with an invigorating 3 mile walk at beautiful Woodloch Springs Country Club. With incomparable vistas, the paved course contains gradual and steep terrain.

intenSati
Combines high-energy, total-body training with powerful, positive statements that you either think or speak. The goal of this practice is to enable a seamless and total integration of body and mind, allowing you to be and experience all you deepy want.

Kenpo Cardio Plus
This P90X Plus workout is a fusion of cardio and Kenpo karate with the intensity cranked up to 11. It’s a fast-paced, all-out session that will improve your stamina, balance, and agility.

Let’s Have a Ball
Challenge your body to increase muscular and neurological strength by utilizing a stability ball. This fun-filled class uses a large stability ball and focuses on balance, core strength, and muscle sculpting.

Let’s Roll
During this class you will roll your body weight along the foam roller, massaging your muscles to help improve the way your body moves and feels. This class is perfect before or after any type of workout.

Muscle Toning
Cardio-tone using dynamic movements for upper and lower body. Proper weight training techniques with body bars/hand weights drive this intense and safe resistance training routine.

Pilates Mat
Developed for beginners to intermediate levels, this popular Pilates mat form of “mind body” exercise helps improve core muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and posture.

Power Walk
Enjoy a vigorous 3 mile power walk on our scenic nature trail, which winds through the woods around The Lodge.

Rock Bottom
Firm up your assets and tighten your belt by training the glutes, abs and thighs. Focus your workout on the lower body and feel the results.

Spinning
Ride like the wind indoors with this vigorous workout that burns over 500 calories an hour.

Stretch and Relax
This gentle class is designed for all fitness levels to help unwind and elongate muscles, and is a perfect complement before or after your vigorous workout.

Experience a total body workout that will improve your flexibility and circulation. Stretch to release stress and tension, while keeping your muscles long and agile.

T.B.C
Shake things up with this Total Body Conditioning class. By using the superset concept, one muscle gets to rest while the opposite muscle works helping you break your fitness plateau.

Tabata

Tabata’s high repetition and extremely short rest periods will increase blood flow to the muscles to help you burn fat, build endurance and increase strength. Allow 2 hours after eating before taking this Advance Level class.

Trifecta
And your off…Jump start your cardio with20 minutes of step aerobics, followed by 20 minutes of strength conditioning. Then hold your horses as you cross the finish line with 10 minutes of core, balance and flexibility training. The odds are you in your favor that you’ll leave feeling like a winner.

This class will guide you through different exercises that incorporate the use of the body’s smaller muscle groups within the shoulders, biceps and triceps…plus core.
