The Lodge’s dining room serves sophisticated, healthy, organic, gourmet cuisine in our elegant Tree dining room. Alcoholic beverages are also available.

The Lodge has created a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen that allows you to enjoy special cooking presentations with our talented chef. Classes teach you new cooking techniques, healthy and surprising ingredient alternatives, and elegant and fun presentation skills. You'll learn how to plan a menu around seasonal produce and herbs from the Chef's Garden and prepare the new "superfoods" - the key to your healthy, active lifestyle.

Join our wine sommelier for an in depth look into the various characteristics of Chilean and Argentinean wine varietals. Enjoy wines from areas such as Mendoza, Argentina and the Maipo Valley in Chile. Discussion includes cheese and fruit selections, and a tasting of six wines (3 white, 3 red).
*Guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age to participate. $30 fee per person plus tax and service fee.
