At The Lodge at Woodloch we know how important it is to pair a relaxing stay with amazing food and wine. This November we are celebrating the culinary talent of our own experts as well as some select guest presenters and chefs. Join us for a month of culinary tips and tastings that you are sure to use during the upcoming holidays!
Join Chef in Residence Patrick Feury as he shares his passion and knowledge of local sourcing. Patrick will take “knowing where your food comes from” and apply it literally to the menu items selected with his signature French and Asian techniques.
October 31st -November 2nd
Chef in Residence- Luca Manfe- His first cookbook debuted in May, My Italian Kitchen. He can also be seen on Fox’s summer hit, MasterChef as the winner of season 4. Chef Luca Manfe will be serving up the American Dream, Italian style.
Wok out this fall with Stir-Fry Master (per the New York Times) Grace Young. With a James Beard Foundation Award for Best International Cookbook under her belt, you won’t want to miss Grace’s advice for healthy cooking and warm personality.
November 20th – 22nd
Celebrate Food & Wine month at The Lodge at Woodloch with Brian Freedman, food and wine writer, wine educator, and food and wine consultant. Brian will take guests on a tasting journey of wine in the woods (or any place for that matter) through his explorative and educational classes.
