Scott Cole - Premier Wellness Expert - September 26th-28th

Scott Cole continues to lift spirits, open minds, tone bodies, and inspire hearts through motivational appearances in over 30 countries. Earning the title of National Aerobic Champion, starring in the ABS OF STEEL video series, and creating conscious DVD programs like America’s top-selling DISCOVER TAI CHI series, YOGA TAI CHI, MILLENNIUM STRETCH, DISCO DOJO, and the award-winning GET FIT AMERICA FOR KIDS (Winner of NAPPA Best Children’s Fitness DVD). Scott considers no audience off limits, and has dedicated his life to increasing "wellness literacy" for all ages and on all fronts. Scott's speaking engagements run the gamut from school assemblies to spiritual venues to fitness conventions to self and business empowerment. Scott's LIVE "Interactive Keynote" clients include Cisco Systems, Northern Trust, Cartus Annual Forum, Starlight, Frostburg State University, and the United States Naval Hospital.

Named one of the Top 5 Fitness Instructors in the world by IDEA, Scott is an American Fitness (AFAA) Notable for his work with HIV/AIDS and abused children. He is a continuing education provider for AAAI-ISMA. His home base is currently Palm Springs California.

With over 25 published products from motivational music to meditation to martial arts, Scott appears regularly on television as a health and wellness expert -- ABC's The View, CBS' The Early Show, LIVE with Regis and Kelly, CNN Headline News, The Doctors, SoapTalk, The Food Network, HGTV, E!, and in over 500 publications worldwide, from WEB MD to SHAPE to Men's Fitness to The Wall Street Journal and USA Today. Scott is also co-author of Athletic Abs (Human Kinetics 2002).  He is passionate about “Going Organic” and is a contributor to Going Organic Magazine.

Scott’s personal clients have included Christian Bale, Barry Manilow, Stefanie Powers, Olympic swimmer Ous Mellouli, Baywatch's Gena Lee Nolin, Director/Producer David Lee and legendary Hollywood photographer Michael Childers.

Enter the DISCO DOJO, where ninja meets funk, where kickboxing meets salsa, where muscle conquers fat!!!  Join former National Aerobic Champion, Scott Cole, as he pulls out all the stops (and the sequins, the afro, and retro-groovy music), combining the best of martial arts with dance for the ultimate cardio fat-burning fun!!!  All fitness levels welcome.
 

YIN YANG YOGA Strength

The ultimate blend of hard and soft style Yoga/Tai Chi sequences and stances, combining Tai Chi-inspired movement with Yoga "Vinyasa" flow.  From standing to seated to supine, this is the ultimate strength and balance class, and will conclude with light stretching and meditation.

Complete the full day with a restorative yoga stretch and energy clearing session. Scott will guide you through gentle yet empowering asanas combining movement therapy, postural tips, concluding with his renowned WHITE LIGHT guided imagery Savasana meditation.

Discover Tai Chi
7:30am-8:30am 
Featured on LIVE with Regis and Kelly, CNN Headline News, and most recently on The Doctors, Scott guides us through the moving meditation known as Tai Chi, focusing on balance, strength, and flexibility, "discovering" the beauty of some of the Yang style's most elegant postures.  Scott will conclude with a full-body stretch and energy circle.
 

Dining
