In recognition of National Sleep Awareness Week (March 3rd-9th) The Lodge at Woodloch invites you to experience a Sleep Awareness program. Join our team of experts as they share the importance of sleep and how to get your mind and body focused and relaxed.
Dr. Jodi Mindell will be returning to The Lodge for our Sleep Awareness Week programming. Dr. Mindell is a professor of psychology at Saint Joseph’s University and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She is the author of a number of books, including Sleep Deprived No More and Sleeping Through the Night. Dr. Mindell is frequently quoted in national publications including New York Times, Newsweek, USA Today, Parents, Child, Parenting, and Redbook and she has made over 250 television and radio appearances, including the Today Show, Good Morning America, CNN, and NBC Nightly News. She has been on the Board of Directors of the National Sleep Foundation and the Sleep Research Society.
