Soul Power Yoga - August 9th-12th

Leaving corporate America behind, sisters & founders of Soul Power Yoga, Cristal & Pooja carry over 20,000 diverse teaching hours. They bring ingenuity, humor, intensity and enriching knowledge to each practice. Soul Power Yoga practices are a systematic integration of purifying breathing techniques, powerful asana (yoga postures) and healing meditation innovatively sequenced in the moment. No class is ever the same but the sisters’ commitment to their students is constant in each class: Inspiring you to be authentic and embrace your unique gifts.

Explore the chakras (energy wheels) to build an internal roadmap of wellbeing, transformation
and inner peace. Awaken your internal perception, center to strengthen your intuition, connection
& compassion for yourself and others. Empower your sense of self and create the path to identify and live your truth.

Cristal & Pooja will give you the tools to build a solid foundation in the chakra
system, learn asanas (yoga postures) that balance each energy wheel, and lead healing guided meditations promoting health & wellness.

CRISTAL SHARMA, has been practicing and teaching yoga, Ayurveda, and meditation for well
over 12 years. Creatively sequenced classes allow her to broaden each student’s physical,
emotional and spiritual boundaries with safely detailed next level form & alignment. Constantly
evolving her craft, she is on a daily study for new ways to share yoga making her classes unique, fresh and accessible. Whether training Division 1 Athletes, developing yoga therapy after surgery or for chronic pain, preparing expectant mothers, or teaching adults after a long day, her classes focus on empowering your health and well-being through knowledge, self-awareness and courage.

POOJA SHARMA, has been practicing and teaching yoga, Ayurveda, and meditation for well
over 12 years. Graduating Cornell University and heading a Marketing team for many years, she
brings that dedication, passion and drive to her yoga teaching. Pooja’s style inspires each one of us to realize our limitless potential when we embrace our inner strength. Whether she is teaching Adults, Teens, Kids, Toddlers or Babies or hosting a Children’s Yoga Birthday Party, she focuses on healthy body image, self-confidence and having fun on the mat.

Balance Your Chakras – Find Your Roots Yoga
3:00pm
A yoga flow class in which we introduce and focus on the lower chakras (legs, back, hips,core). Lower energy wheels help us feel grounded, balance our emotions, feel proud and confident. This yoga class welcomes all-levels.

Balance Your Chakras – Stand in Your Truth Yoga
4:00pm
A yoga flow class in which we introduce and focus on the upper chakras (upper back,chest, shoulders, neck, mediation). Upper energy wheels help us love ourselves and others, openly communicate (listen and be heard), and tap into our intuition. This yoga class welcomes all-levels.

Balance Your Chakras – Guided Meditation
8:30pm
If our life stories are housed in our body, then the chakras (7 energy wheels) are where they live. Allow your life story to provide a roadmap of wellbeing and opportunity to hold on to lessons learned while releasing unresolved emotion. Bring a journal. No meditation experience needed just a desire to try. Leave class feeling ready to write the next exciting chapter.

Sunday, August 10th
Balance Your Chakras – Yoga Flow
10:00am
Recharge & balance all your Chakras. Feel invigorated to put your best self into the day and leave practice feeling balanced! Learn tools that you can use on a daily basis to help bring you balance of the mind, body, spirit. This yoga class welcomes all-levels – including beginners, new to yoga, regular practitioners, and no yoga experience.

Monday, August 11th

Balance all of your chakras (energy wheels) in this guided meditation. Feel free to bring a journal. No meditation experience needed. Leave feeling balanced and ready for a great night sleep!

Balance Your Chakras – Yoga Flow
