Prenatal Massage

A safe, supportive and relaxing massage designed for the unique needs of the mother-to-be. Therapists trained in prenatal massage help bring ease and comfort to this special time.

Gentle Belli Facial

A custom belly treatment, designed to hydrate and refine skin at any stage of your pregnancy. Begins with a balancing herbal cleanser of green tea and cucumber. Then a gentle exfoliation prepares the skin for a luxurious belly masque which helps increase elasticity and prevent stretch marks, while enjoying a soothing hand and foot massage. Finish your journey with a light belly massage featuring lavender and sweet almond oil, followed by a hydrating citrus lotion to soothe and uplift. Can also be customized as a post-natal facial.

25 minutes, $75

Nurturing Body Polish

A luxurious body treatment that begins with an invigorating scrub rich in anti-oxidants, followed by a gentle loofah cleansing using green tea and cucumber. Next, an application of oils rich in vitamin E and kola extract on the belly help prevent stretch marks, and a foot massage of peppermint, tea tree and shea butter leave you feeling totally refreshed.

Private Prenatal Partner Yoga

Replenish your energy with light stretching and strengthening that encourage alignment and comfort in carrying your baby.  Learn how your partner can assist you in poses to cultivate relief of common pregnancy discomforts.  Enjoy partner relaxation poses that will help you rest deeply while strengthening your bond for birthing and parenthood.
