July is national grilling month, so why not take an epicurean vacation in the Pocono Mountains. During the month of July and throughout August, we will be stimulating your culinary mind with our Grill Guru series.

This outdoor grilling demonstration will feature grilling tips and techniques and a new dish every week.  With over 25 years of experience in fine dining, Chef Peter Schott is an innovative and exquisite chef who has a passion for fresh, clean, and sustainable foods.  Join us and build upon your skills so you'll impress your friends and family the next time you heat up the grill.
