Food & Beverage
Dining at The Lodge at Woodloch is in our restaurant Tree. Dining hours are Breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (till 10:00 a.m. on weekends), Lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Reservations are required for dinner, please make your dining reservations by calling our front desk at 570-685-8500. You may also make your dining reservations with the Spa Concierge at the time that you make your Spa appointments. The Spa Concierge can be reached by dialing 570-685-8553. We suggest allowing at least 1½ hours for dinner if you have additional evening plans. Dress for dinner is resort casual.

Minimum Age
Guests must be at least 16 years of age to stay at The Lodge at Woodloch.

We ask that you secure all jewelry and valuable personal possessions in your guest room safe prior to your arrival at the spa.

Please use cell phones only in your guest room. Cell phones are not permitted in The Lodge public areas or anywhere at the spa to ensure calm and tranquility at all times.

Our Spa Concierge can expertly assist you with scheduling spa services, class choices and personal consultations. We recommend making your spa reservations in advance of your stay. Our Spa Concierge can be reached at 570-685-8553.

Comfort and Customization
It is our intention to help you maximize the many benefits of your spa service experience. We encourage you to communicate your questions or thoughts about your body treatment to your therapist so we may accommodate your needs. The spa has male and female therapists available to meet your special requests. We will strive to fulfill your wishes based upon availability. Please notify the Spa Concierge with any requests upon booking your treatment.

Spa Service Cancellation Policy
If you choose to change or cancel your treatment time, please notify your Spa Concierge at least four hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged the full amount of your scheduled spa service.

Arrival Prior to Treatments
We suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your treatment experience, to enjoy our therapeutic water features and to ensure that you receive the full benefit of your spa service period. All services will finish on time to allow our next guests their full treatments.

Treatment Attire
Complimentary use of spa robes and slippers is available for all spa treatment guests. Our staff is professionally trained to properly drape throughout the service.

Fitness Attire
For your safety, proper fitness shoes and clothing are required in the Cardio/Weight Studio.

Group Classes
In consideration of others, we ask that you join all classes promptly by the designated starting time.

Alcohol
To ensure your safety, please be conscious of the effects of alcohol when participating in fitness and spa treatment activities. The intake of any alcoholic beverage before or shortly after any massage or bodywork is not recommended, as the impact of alcohol may be intensified by certain spa treatments.
