  • Q. What are your check-in/check-out times?

    A.

    Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Check out is promptly at 12:00 noon in order to ensure that our rooms are ready for our next guests’ arrivals. The Lodge will be pleased to hold your luggage, should you wish to stay in the Spa beyond noon on your check out day.

      (Weekends 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.)
    • Lunch - 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
    • Dinner - 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • Q. What meals are included in spa packages?

    A.

    Included in our package price are three meals per night of stay, beginning with dinner on day of arrival and ending with lunch on day of departure. An additional lunch may also be purchased on date of arrival, if desired.
  • Q. What number should I call for dining reservations?

    A.

    Please call our front desk to assist you with dining reservations at 570-685-8500. You may also make your dining reservations with the Spa Concierge when you make your spa appointments. The Spa Concierge can be reached by dialing 570-685-8553

  • Q. What is the proper attire for the dining room?

    A.

    Most of our guests dress casually for dinner, and often wear spa robes to breakfast and lunch.
  • Q. Why isn't The Lodge's address in my GPS?

    A.

    As our property is new, our address may or may not have been mapped yet by your GPS system. Please refer to our website directions page for the best travel routes.   • Q. Do you allow children?

    A.

    Children under the age of 16 are not permitted at The Lodge at Woodloch.
  • Q. May I make a site visit to your property before I stay?

    A.

    You may call or stop by our Welcome Center to request a tour of The Lodge. We are happy to accommodate all tour requests between the hours of 9:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m.
  • Q. What season is best to visit The Lodge?

    A.

    While summer and fall are popular times to visit the mountains in Pennsylvania, many of our guests visit us multiple seasons throughout the year. We offer a plethora of activities year-round, both indoor and out, including hiking and snowshoeing in the winter, and golf, kayaking, hiking, and biking in spring, summer and fall.
  • Q. What are your room amenities?

    A.

    Our guest rooms offer complimentary internet access, flat panel LCD television, telephones with voicemail, refrigerator, in room safe, full-sized hairdryer, full-sized ironing board, turn-down service, complimentary morning newspaper available, and a complimentary laundry facility. Marble bathrooms include double sink vanities, private water closet and elegant marble shower. Bathtubs and separate showers are standard in all suites.

  • Q. Do you allow groups to buy out The Lodge for private functions?

    A.

    Both leisure and corporate groups may choose to buy out The Lodge for special events. Please inquire with our Group Sales Office at 800.453.8263 for more information.
  • Q. How and when do I make my spa appointments?

    A.

    We recommend that spa appointments are made well in advance of your stay. Appointments may be made by calling Spa Concierge at 570-685-8553.

  • Q. Is smoking permitted at The Lodge?

    A.

    For the comfort and health of all our guests, The Lodge at Woodloch is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is allowed in outdoor, non-public areas only.
  • Q. What is your cell phone policy?

    A.

    Please use cell phones only in your guest room. Cell phones are not permitted in Lodge public areas or anywhere in the spa.
  • Q. Do you serve alcohol?

    A.

    Wine, beer, and spirits are served during lunch and dinner hours in our restaurant Tree. Cocktail service is available in the afternoon and evening in the Library, Horizon Deck, Fireside Patio, as well as by room service. To ensure your safety please be conscious of the effects of alcohol when participating in fitness and spa treatment activities. The intake of any alcoholic beverage, before or shortly after any massage or bodywork is not recommended, as the impact of alcohol may be intensified by certain treatments.
  • Q. How is tipping handled at The Lodge?

    A.

    All gratuities are automatically added to your package rates. Additional tipping is not necessary or expected.

  • Q. What is your cancellation policy?

    A.

    Your deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is received more than 48 hours prior to arrival. For cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival, your deposit will be applied toward a future stay, up to 1 year. In case of early checkouts, the deposit is applied to any cancelled night(s).
  • Q. Do you offer transportation from airports and bus or train stations?

    A.

    The Lodge provides complimentary transportation from the Hawley bus station. Transportation from Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Int’l Airport and Port Jervis Train Station is available. Transfers from major airports can be arranged through our preferred limousine service. Please call reservations at 866.953.8500 for additional information and charges.
  • Q. What do guests of The Lodge most often forget to bring?

    A.

    A bathing suit, to enjoy our HydroMassage WaterWalls and our coed Aqua Garden’s pools.
