At TREE, you'll dine amongst the treetops on a diverse menu of creatively prepared gourmet food, featuring naturally-raised meats and fish and organic, locally grown vegetables. Complement your meal with a selection from our award-winning wine list or a cocktail from the bar. In addition to your dining experience, our Chef's Kitchen offers cooking demonstrations, chef-hosted dinners, and special seasonal events.
TREE Hours of Operation
Reservations are recommended for dinner. We suggest allowing at least 1½ hours for dinner if you have additional evening plans. Dress for dinner is resort casual (no hats or fitness gear). The Lodge at Woodloch is an adult-only resort requiring guests to be 16+ years old.
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (Weekends: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.)
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Dinner: 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (Dinner reservations required)

Executive Chef Josh Tomson
A graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City and the New York Wine Tasting School, Executive Chef Josh Tomson brings in over 15 years of culinary expertise and preference for local, organic and sustainable products. He enjoys visiting farmers markets, and purchases local products whenever possible.
Throughout the years of his culinary career Chef Tomson has been incorporating a farm-to-table philosophy, and assisting the properties he worked for, to become more sustainable and green-friendly. “I am thrilled to lead this talented team at The Lodge at Woodloch toward a path that is so engrained in my own beliefs. The philosophy of letting nature nurture takes my passion toward local farm foods and pairs it with our amazing surroundings and the result speaks for itself,” shared Chef Tomson.
