Woman getting a massage at The Lodge at Woodloch

Spa treatments are temporarily paused per governmental guidelines. The sauna and steam room will remain closed per governmental guidelines. This is a fluid situation and all guidelines are closely monitored as the circumstances evolve. Our offerings will be adjusted accordingly to provide an experience that is both safe and filled with Woodloch Hospitality.

The Aqua Garden (indoor swimming pool, Hydromassage WaterWalls and outdoor horizon whirlpool) will be open. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) states: “There is no evidence that COVID‐19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID‐19.” The Lodge at Woodloch pool and whirlpool amenities are treated and tested regularly to meet state and industry standards.

The Men’s and Women’s retreats will be open with social distancing measures in place and lockers will be available and assigned upon arrival.  It is recommended that guests prepare for their activities in their guest rooms when possible to ensure social distancing.

The spa refreshment areas that are typically self-serve will be temporarily paused.  During this time, staff will be available in the Spa Lobby and the Gather Lounge to provide water, tea, and trail mix upon request.

Additionally, our already rigorous cleaning regimen has been increased on an enhanced schedule utilizing the recommended agents by the EPA that effectively disinfect, clean and sanitize all public areas, especially high touch zones. Social distancing measures will be monitored throughout the spa amenity spaces.
