Motivation vs Inspiration
8:30pm
For many of us, professional growth and development may lead to job satisfaction, happiness, and feeling fulfilled. Unfortunately, many of us chose our professions without really knowing what truly motivates and inspires us. Moreover, many of us fixate on aspects of our professions (i.e. salary, work environment, job security, promotion opportunities) that don't necessarily correlate with job satisfaction. In this class, the participants will learn a simple exercise where each participant will be able to sketch out and organize the different aspects of who they are in efforts to find their purpose or "calling" in their professional/personal lives and really get to the core of their true motivation.

Organizing and Prioritizing Tasks
8:30pm
No matter the profession, many of us frequently encounter problems, people, and tasks that create barriers to achieving professional well-being. Often times, we can easily become overwhelmed and paralyzed by the stress it requires to identify and manage these issues. In this class, we use proven continuous improvement and lean thinking principles to practice ways to organize, prioritize, and strategically dismantle our barriers to well-being into very manageable pieces. Each participant will learn to identify ways to prioritize tasks/people that are highly energizing and positively engaging while delegating and removing tasks/people that deplete energy and provide minimal engagement.
