Karen Page and Andrew Dornenburg are regularly invited to travel throughout North America to address subjects in their areas of expertise, which include chefs, cooking, customer service, flavor compatibility, hospitality, restaurant criticism, wine, and many other aspects of the restaurant business.

Have you ever seen a golden eagle up close? The Delaware Valley Raptor Center is hosting a once in a lifetime presentation featuring a variety of raptors including, the peregrine falcon, red-tailed hawk, barred owl, saw-whet owl, snowy owl, and of course, the golden eagle. The Lodge at Woodloch believes that nature nurtures. During this presentation, you will gain knowledge of these magnificent birds and learn how you can nurture nature and appreciate all wildlife.

The Delaware Valley Raptor Center is a private corporation dedicated to the conservation of birds of prey. Their goal is to provide humane professional care for orphaned, ill, and injured raptors so they can ultimately be returned to the wild, healthy, and no longer dependent upon humans for their survival.

In this featured workshop weekend, The Lodge at Woodloch presents offerings to help you create herbal and holistic harmony with the season. Guests will be introduced to herbal approaches through classes by our Master Herbalist Nathaniel Whitmore as well as exercises and seasonal spa treatments.
