CUCUMBER DILL TZATZIKI
1 cup of Greek yogurt
1 English cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
½ tsp. celery salt
Salt and black pepper
You can add 1 clove of garlic (minced), if desired, and some lemon juice to taste.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Chill and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
