Calling all grill masters!

Easy Grilled Turkey Meatballs with Fresh Dill-Cucumber Tzatziki

Chef Josh Tomson suggests wowing your holidays guests with a unique twist on your backyard grill. This easy recipe is light and refreshing with the cooling tzatziki sauce.

2 pounds ground free range turkey

½ cup bread crumbs

1 large egg

¼ teaspoon fresh oregano

½ teaspoon fresh parsley

Salt and pepper

In a large bowl mix together ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Form small meatballs and thread them onto skewers, then place the grill. Let them  cook until one side is golden brown (3-4 minutes). Turn the skewers and cook until golden brown on the other side as well. Transfer skewers to a plate and serve with tzatziki sauce:

2 cups Greek yogurt

2 tablespoon chopped dill

1 English large cucumber

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Chop/slice or grate the cucumber. Remove the excess juice from the cucumber. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Keep the dip refrigerated before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped dill before serving.
