Jody Eddy, Chef in Residence Series - August 17th

Jody Eddy is a graduate of The University of Minnesota and of The Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan. She has cooked at Jean Georges, The Fat Duck and Tabla. She was the Executive Editor of Art Culinaire and is the author of James Beard nominated and IACP award winning cookbooks. She is currently writing a book focused on the culinary traditions of monasteries, mosques, synagogues and temples throughout the world for W.W. Norton and is co-writing The Chaat Express, an exploration of Indian street food, with the chef Maneet Chauhan for Clarkson Potter. She writes for The Wall Street Journal, Saveur, Food & Wine and other publications, teaches culinary classes throughout the country and organizes food conferences and leads culinary tours throughout the world. She is currently executive producing a food television show for a major network and is organizing a food writing conference in Lima, Peru that will take place in early 2020. Her website is
