Executive Chef Eli Collins oversees the progressive menu offerings at and Operated by High Street Hospitality Group co-owners Ellen Yin and Eli Kulp, the award-wining, wine-focused restaurant and bar feature Chef Collins’ approachable bistro-inspired cuisine in a versatile menu that allows guests to stop by for a few small plates or enjoy a more traditional dinner or lunch. Chef Collins spent years training under top French chefs such as Daniel Boulud and Joël Antunes. He successfully integrated time-honored French techniques into approachable American cuisine as Executive Chef at Manhattan’s DBGB and Philadelphia’s Pub and Kitchen, where he also earned Three Bells from The Inquirer’s LaBan.
