Savor farm-fresh flavors and rustic charm all in the beautiful setting of our Farm-to-Table Garden.
We are pleased to present a new dining experience, featuring our very own world-traveled Chef de Cuisine, Olaf Wozny. Revel in the rustic charm of cooking over an open fire pit as he showcases his decades of culinary expertise, with all courses being selectively paired with complementing wines. Guests will enjoy the interactive experience with Chef Wozny of watching the food being prepared while the delicious aromas wafting through the air set the stage. This intimate two-hour dinner features foods from a Chef-selected region of the world and our own farm-to-table ingredients.
Open Fire Dinners are offered once per month, seasonally.
