Our tastings suit all levels of knowledge and experience. We will help you to extend your knowledge of the wines of the world, sharpen up your taste buds and help you become more confident about buying, storing, and serving wine and matching it with food.

ROARING 20’S - THEN AND NOW COCKTAIL TASTING ($)
These beverages are the Bee’s Knees! We selected cocktails that were popular during the Roaring 1920’s and we’ll discuss what makes them a classic cocktail still to this day. The discussion is open to “experts” at all levels. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to participate. Cost is $35 per person.

GRAPES & CREPES ($)
Tantalize your taste buds with wine & crepes! Create your own crepes with our Pastry Chef’s homemade sauces and then pair your crepes with our Wine Geek’s specially selected wines. Cost is $35 per person. Guests must be ages 21 and older. Beverages can be alcohol free if desired.

IRISH WHISKEY TASTING ($)
Listen, learn, laugh, and have a good craic during this Fireside Irish whiskey tasting with Amy, our newest Irish whiskey certificate holder. Learn the history of the spirit and its importance in both Ireland’s history as well as our own “Spirit”ual journey. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to participate. Cost is $35 per person.

THE FIZZ LOVER’S GUIDE: DECODING SPARKLING WINE ($)
Whether it’s Champagne, Prosecco, or Cava, we’ve all tasted sparkling wine, at the very least around the holidays or when celebrating a special occasion, yet many of us have no idea what the difference is—or how they even get the bubbles into the wine in the first place. Let us taste through a variety of Fizz and explore the legends behind the bubbles. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to participate. Cost is $35 per person.

FIRESIDE BOURBON TALK & TASTING ($)
Join our newest Graduate from the Council of Whiskey Masters, Amy as she takes you on a “Spiritual” journey of the (Bourbon) kind. Learn the history of the All-American classic and taste a few special selections from Amy’s secret stash. SHAKEN AND STIRRED - MANIFESTATIONS OF A MAGICAL MARTINI ($)
Please join our mixologist for this one of a kind cocktail class. Learn the history and pop culture while creating your own

WINE & CHOCOLATE PAIRNING ($)
Join our Wine Geek for an in depth look into the various characteristics of wine varietals from around the world and learn how they pair tastefully with delicious chocolates. The discussion is open to “experts” at all levels. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to participate. Cost is $35 per person.

WINE & CHEESE TASTING ($)
Cheese is the answer to nine out of ten questions in the universe. Explore the amazing taste and the history of what this iconic match has to offer with some of the world’s most interesting wines. The discussion is open to “experts” at all levels. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to participate. Cost is $35 per person.
