 The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most widely used personality assessment in the world. In this interactive workshop, participants explore the components of each personality type associated with MBTI and how to use MBTI as a tool for emotional well-being. Through reflection activities, participants learn about themselves and reflect on how to attend to their personality preferences to manage stress, engage in decision-making, and have a strong self-awareness.

 The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most widely used personality assessment in the world. In this interactive workshop, participants explore the components of each MBTI personality type through the lenses of partnership, group dynamics, and communication. Through reflection activities, participants consider how personality types influence communication skills in personal and professional relationships. They also learn strategies for collaboration.
