Greet the day and your Weekend with ancient flowing Qigong exercises, coupled with modern stretching and life-affirming applications. Learn to understand and "move your Chi (Energy)" for better results and the Highest Good.
Yoga Tai Chi Strength
Blending the martial and healing arts, join Scott in a fluid hour of Yoga asanas, Tai Chi postures, and Movement Therapy to redefine strength and leave you feeling empowered, stretched, and centered.
Retro Martial Cardio
Bringing back some of the best "Vintage" moves from Scott's 80's aerobic days, combined with fun easy-to-follow kickboxing and martial arts techniques, this class will be done to retro music to get your heart pumping and your body moving!!!
Stretching Body and Mind
Complete the day with an affirming standing, seated, and supine full-body stretch. Done in the glow of candle light, class will conclude with Scott's beautiful head to toes healing White Light meditation.
