Alana Van Der Sluys is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, TEDx speaker, eating disorder survivor, and founder of Freedom with Food and Fitness. She is passionate about helping women break free from diet culture, reclaim their self-worth, and build empowered, sustainable relationships with food, fitness, and their bodies.
Her debut book, Freedom with Food and Fitness: How Intuitive Eating is the Key to Becoming Your Happiest, Healthiest Self, was published globally in November 2023 by Urano Publishing.
Alana has spoken on international stages—including TEDx—and is a resident speaker at The Lodge at Woodloch Spa Resort. She is a sought-after voice at women-centered events and organizations such as Speak Up Women’s Conference, Women Speak Up, New York Junior League, The Mogul Code Summit, Sell Your Brilliance Summit, and Women Business Owners.
