Getting Out of Overwhelm

Let’s face it, as women it’s hard to grab moments of daily self-care. As a result, we feel like a mouse in a maze, repeating the same old patterns. The only way to break this cycle is to disrupt the patterns that get you overwhelmed. During this interactive workshop, we’ll look at where you are on the Overwhelm Scale and discuss practical ways to get out of exhaustion and into living a high-impact life.

Powering Up Your Most Valuable Resource…Your Internal Energy

In this workshop, Deb Cummins Stellato, a leadership mindset coach will introduce participants to the concept of energy leadership. We’ll explore how small energetic shifts can help you create sustainable change in all areas of your life. Understanding the energy leadership model will support you in your journey to choose how you want to show up in life in every aspect of your life…from your personal relationships to your work challenges.
 
During the session, Deb will introduce you to the seven levels of energy that she uses in her coaching practice. Participants will get the opportunity to use some real-life examples of how to utilize this model in problem-solving, relationship-building, and mindset-shifting.
