Dr. Beth Malow, MD is a Professor of Neurology and the Director of the Sleep Disorders Program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, in Nashville Tennessee. A physician, researcher, and educator, she has worked in the sleep field for more than 25 years, and gives presentations to community groups regionally, nationally, and internationally. She enjoys helping people learn about all aspects of sleep, including why we sleep, how sleep helps our health and well-being, falling and staying asleep easier, and remembering and gaining wisdom from our dreams.
