Gemma Nastasi is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), National Board-Certified Health Coach, and Positive Psychology Practitioner. She is the founder of Gemma Health Coach, LLC, established in 2012 in Red Bank, New Jersey, and holds additional certifications in holistic nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and cognitive behavioral coaching. Gemma is a motivational speaker and author, with presentations at The Integrative Healthcare Symposium in New York City and Meridian’s Woman Rock Event in Asbury Park. She also serves as the happiness expert for Pink Wisdom, a digital destination founded by actress Alison Chace.

This empowering workshop blends lifestyle medicine, Positive Psychology, and simple daily habits to help participants feel healthier, calmer, and more energized during the busy holiday season and throughout the year. We will explore the essential Pillars of Health—nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, mental well-being, and emotional balance—and discuss how small, intentional shifts can increase daily happiness and support long-term longevity. Participants will leave with practical, easy-to-implement tools to support both the mind and body.
