Kevin is a Breath, Stress, and Performance Coach and consultant who runs Habit Disruption where he helps individuals and companies live more intentional, resilient lives. He is a certified Alexander Technique & Functional Breathing Instructor and works with individuals virtually, in New York City and in the Catskills. Formerly a Broadway dancer, he brings the mindfulness tools he used to survive 8 shows a week to anyone looking to thrive during their 5 day work week.
