Lauren Buzzeo has nearly two decades of experience in publishing and drinks media. She was previously the Executive Editor and Tasting Director at Wine Enthusiast Media, where she occupied a variety of roles throughout her more than 15 year tenure. A champion of informative yet approachable and accessible drinks journalism, she appreciates equal-opportunity enjoyment of quality consumables across a wide range of categories as well as the lifestyle that finds room and openness for them all. When not enjoying a glass of South African Chenin Blanc, a good stout or an infused cocktail, she can be found enjoying food prepared by her chef husband or playing with her two kids and two fur babies.

There is a lot to appreciate within the worlds of beer and wine, it can be hard to know where to begin… especially if you feel more well-versed in one versus the other. By identifying what you like and considering how to translate that preference to the other side, this class will showcase flavor similarities and offer suggestions on finding wine and beer that suite any mood, palate or occasion. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

Ten wines, five culinary-crafted courses, two presenters, and one deliciously entertaining evening. Join beer expert John Holl and writer and editor Lauren Buzzeo for a multi-course dinner that explores the breadth and versatility of food and drink harmony with delightful beer and wine pairings, selected to tantalize your taste buds and bring out the very best of the meal in unique and exciting ways. There is an upcharge for the intimate dinner experience of $95 per person which includes the beer and wine pairing. Limited seating so please plan ahead! *Due to satellite kitchen use and the uniquely creative & themed nature of our Chef’s Table Dinners, allergy and dietary restriction accommodations may not be possible.
