Miwa Kamras and Marion Biglan, Executive Coaches
Marion Biglan and Miwa Kamras are the founding partners of Illuminate Collective, a coaching and consulting group that provides executive coaching, consulting, and facilitation with a focus on leadership development, organizational culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Miwa and Marion each bring over twenty-five years of experience as teachers, non-profit executives, and human capital partners to their work and are passionate about supporting others to shine their light and achieve their most meaningful impact. Miwa and Marion both trained with the Coach Diversity Institute, where they received their Professional Coach Certifications. Miwa lives in Richmond, VA with her husband, sons, and rescue dog and can always be counted on for a great children’s book recommendation. Marion lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband and rescue dog, where she FaceTimes with her college-age teens!

Cat McLaughlin, Licensed Professional Counselor
Cat McLaughlin is a Licensed Professional Counselor and co-founder of Spring Village Center for Therapy & Wellness, a holistic wellness center that offers psychotherapy, mindfulness meditation, yoga, acupuncture, massage, and energy work for people interested in caring for their bodies and minds. Cat welcomes all in her private psychotherapy practice and especially likes working with Highly Sensitive People (HSP) with anxiety, and folks healing from complex trauma and complicated childhoods using AEDP, EMDR, and mindfulness meditation. Cat enjoys teaching mindfulness meditation courses, guest lectures, and workshops, and is an IMTA-certified mindfulness meditation teacher, trained by Daizan Roshi’s (Julian Skinner) Zenways. Cat lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband, three children, and multiple pets, and is often found singing show tunes. 

Cat, Marion & Miwa are Enneagram Applications Certification Professionals through Enneagram Georgia, part of Don Riso & Russ Hudson’s Enneagram Institute.

Enneagram: What Understanding Your Type Can Offer You

The Enneagram is a powerful framework for growth and transformation. In this interactive workshop, we’ll introduce foundational concepts of the Enneagram and deepen self-awareness. Each participant will engage in a brief assessment to discover their Enneagram type and reflect on how to apply insights from the Enneagram for personal growth. Participants will receive resources to support their continued learning.

Saturday, August 10th 
Enneagram: Understanding Your Body Center

8:30pm
In this workshop, we’ll explore Centers Work as part of the Enneagram. We’ll explore the meaning of the Head, Heart and Belly Centers and identify our Dominant Centers based on our Enneagram type. We’ll also reflect on how to bring our centers into greater alignment and lean into connection with all of our ways of being.  Participants will receive resources to support their continued learning. 

Sunday, August 11th 
Enneagram: Understanding Your Opportunities for Growth

The Enneagram can be a transformative tool for personal growth. In this workshop, we’ll build an introductory understanding of Enneagram levels of development. We’ll explore both the healthy and unhealthy expressions of each Enneagram type and reflect on how to orient toward growth and living into our gifts through practices such as meditation, body awareness, and mantras.  Participants will receive resources to support their continued learning.
