Amy Lee Flower is a certified yoga and meditation teacher, mindful outdoor leader, and somatic mindfulness educator with more than 20 years of dedicated practice and over a decade of teaching experience. She has inspired more than 100,000 people, ages 2 to 90, through classes, workshops, and keynote presentations at venues including The Apollo Theater, Madison Square Garden, and Cornell Tech. Amy's warm and engaging approach blends mindfulness, movement, and self-compassion to support nervous system regulation, personal growth, and a deeper sense of well-being.
