During this interactive discussion, Len will reveal how ‘Soul Trainer’ provides a powerful platform for people from all walks of life, to tell their story by sharing personal struggles, sacrifices and victories about health, fitness and self-esteem, to help others to ‘find fitness’ as a way to rewrite chapters in their lives and create their own destiny.
