Amy Lee Flower is a seasoned yoga and somatic mindfulness teacher with over two decades of devoted practice. Since 2015, she has been leading classes that connect mind, body, and spirit. Amy’s teachings go beyond the mat, she has led sessions as a motivational keynote speaker for NYC Principals at The Apollo Theater, Madison Square Garden and Cornell Tech. Her passion and expertise have been shared with over 100,000 individuals, ranging in age from 2 to 90. At the core of Amy Lee Flower’s teaching philosophy is a deep commitment to learning how to love ourselves while supporting nervous system regulation.
