With nearly a decade spent traveling the wine world, Erin returned to Galen Glen with a deep appreciation for the unique terroirs and winemaking traditions that have inspired her career. Eight vintages ago, she brought that vision to life by establishing three new vineyard plantings, setting up a standard of excellence that has shaped Galen Glen’s reputation. Erin’s commitment to sustainable viticulture and quality-driven production is at the heart of Galen Glen, where she continues to craft expressive, award-winning wines reflective of both her passion and the land she cultivates.

Inspired by Galen Glen Winery’s recent placements on Michelin-starred wine lists abroad and this year’s debut of the Michelin Guide for Philadelphia, this special master class invites guests to explore the next frontier of food-friendly, terroir-driven wines grown and crafted on the East Coast. Join Galen Glen’s winegrower, Erin Schorran, for an intimate guided tasting celebrating distinctive white varieties from both Galen Glen and other standout East Coast producers. This thoughtfully curated experience highlights the creativity, craftsmanship, and sense of place that are capturing the attention of leading sommeliers around the world. The tasting will feature dry Riesling, Grüner Veltliner, and Gewürztraminer from Galen Glen, alongside Rkatsiteli, Chenin Blanc, and a white blend from fellow East Coast wineries. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to participate. Cost is $25 per person.

Chef's Table Dinner with Special Guest Erin Schorran from Galen Glen

It’s the place, the flavors, and the presentation all coming together in a symphony that makes the memory so strong. Join Chef Kate on a culinary journey through an 6-8-course tasting menu dinner in the Chef’s Kitchen. The evening begins in the Chakra Lounge with a signature cocktail followed by dinner in our cozy Chef’s Kitchen, which will feature unique weekly themes and ingredients from our own Blackmore Farm, local farms, and purveyors. Each course is accompanied by a wine pairing curated by our Sommelier. The cozy setting offers friendly conversation to learn more about each dish including unique ingredients, cooking techniques, and best kept secrets. There is an upcharge of $80 per person, which includes the wine pairing.
