Catherine Russo Epstein is the founder of the Living Lotus Group and Living Lotus Coaching- a Graduate Gemologist (GIA) turned Energy Healer, Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Certified Transformational Life Coach, and Author- She started her career in fine jewelry when she was 21 years old. Enthralled by the gems (precious and semi-precious), she became a Graduate Gemologist (GIA)—in the late ‘80s, moved to NYC, then to Long Island, and opened a boutique that sold fine jewelry along with crystals and other healing tools. Over the past 20+ years, she’s coached people from around the world and led meditations and Sound Healing at the OPEN Center NYC, Omega Institute, and other retreat centers. She’s presented many classes at The Lodge at Woodloch since 2017. Many of her books (including her latest one) have been written while on retreat at The Lodge at Woodloch.
