Jennifer Walsh, Wellness Entrepreneur
September 18th - 19th
Jennifer Walsh is a pioneering voice at the intersection of beauty, brain health, and nature-based wellness, with nearly 30 years of experience reimagining how we care for ourselves. She founded Beauty Bar, the first omni-channel beauty brand in the U.S. in the 90's, and today, through her company Lost Art of Being Human, she introduces audiences to what she calls our natural intelligence; the brain and body’s innate capacity to heal and rebalance in relationship with the living world. Drawing on research in neuroaesthetics, cognitive neuroscience, and environmental psychology, her work shows how time in nature and thoughtfully designed environments can lower stress, improve mood and sleep, and enhance overall well-being. She has brought these ideas to life for thousands of people through immersive experiences, media work, and education with leading institutions in brain health and design.

Your Brain on Nature
8:30pm
Your Brain on Nature: Your Brain On Nature explores the neuroscience of how natural environments influence stress responses, emotional regulation, cognition, and overall well-being. Jennifer reveals how visual patterns, organic materials, natural sounds, and sensory experiences activate the brain’s restorative networks, reduce cortisol, and support neural functioning. Guests walk away with a deeper understanding of why nature heals—and how to intentionally incorporate these principles into everyday life, even in urban settings.

Natural Intelligence for Women
8:30pm
Natural Intelligence reveals the profound biological wisdom we carry in our bodies; our ability to sense truth, feel resonance, read emotional and energetic cues, and connect through presence rather than performance. Jennifer shows how modern life has dulled our sensory awareness, numbed feminine intuition, and replaced embodied knowing with digital feedback loops and how restoring natural intelligence brings back clarity, grounded self-trust, emotional fluency, and vitality. Guests learn to listen to the subtleties of their own nervous system, tone, intuition, and body language, returning to a deeper, more instinctive way of being human.
